This is our second season partnering with Silvio and his amazing coffees.
Silvio’s farm is located in the lush mountains of the Nueva Segovia region of Northern Nicaragua.
His naturally processed Santa Teresa de Mogoton is picked at the peak of the harvest and then dried to perfection on raised beds in the nearby town of Ocotal. The result is a delicious and complex, fruit-forward cup of coffee.
